Thoughtful & Thorough Home Inspections
What in the world is a Home Inspection and why does my agent insist I get one?
First off, sounds like you have a great agent, good choice! And well, since you asked…it turns out that there are a lot of components to a home and a lot of potential issues with those components (yes, even on new homes)…and since visiting your crawlspace is probably not at the top of your vacation plans, that’s where I come in!
Whether you’re buying a home, wanting a re-inspection of your current home, or are just looking for an excuse to hang out with me…it’s in those tight creepy crawly spaces that I’ll find everything from plumbing leaks, foundation issues, pest intrusions, electrical defects, forgotten Legos, and moisture-related issues…just to name a few possibilities.
Still not convinced? Is it worth it you ask?
Well, at Base Camp Home Inspections, not only do I know the importance of having a thorough and quality inspection, but I’m committed to exploring every system with my go-go-gadget-obsessive-attention-to-detail-personality.
After the inspection, I enjoy spending dedicated time walking the property with you, sharing general information about the home’s systems, maintenance tips, suggestions on where to hang your chandelier(s), and any issues I may have found. This way you can be well informed and feel confident about your new Base Camp!
Okay now you’re convinced? Oh good!
